The Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs), functioning under the Ministry of Railways, have released the provisional answer key, candidate response sheets, and objection facility for the RRB NTPC Undergraduate (UG) CBT 1 examination conducted under CEN 07/2025. Candidates can review their recorded responses, estimate their tentative scores using the prescribed marking scheme, and raise objections within the notified timeline.
The provisional answer key is an important part of the recruitment process as it allows candidates to verify their responses before the final evaluation. After the objection window closes, subject experts appointed by the Railway Recruitment Boards will review valid representations. The final answer key and CBT 1 results will then be prepared in accordance with the official normalization policy applicable to examinations conducted in multiple shifts.

According to the Railway Recruitment Boards’ official examination update issued during the CBT 1 recruitment process (retrieved on 27 June 2026), more than 63.27 lakh candidates appeared for the examination conducted between 7–9 May and 13–20 June 2026.
How to Download the Answer Key
- Visit the official Railway Recruitment Board website or the designated answer key portal.
- Click on “CEN 07/2025 (NTPC Undergraduate): CBT Exam – Responses & Objection Tracker.”
- Log in using your Registration Number and Password or Date of Birth.
- Open the Candidate Response section.
- View and download the provisional answer key and response sheet.
The response sheet contains the candidate’s registration details, examination date and shift, question IDs, recorded responses, official answers, and attempted or unattempted questions.

Acceptable references include NCERT textbooks, standard reference books, official government publications, PIB releases, published academic papers, and previous official RRB answer keys. Objections without verifiable evidence may not be considered during expert review.
