The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Indore has invited online applications for Assistant Professor Grade I and Grade II positions under its Faculty Recruitment 2026. *Approximate monthly emoluments include applicable Dearness Allowance (DA), Transport Allowance (TA), and House Rent Allowance (HRA).
Faculty members are also eligible for institutional benefits, including the Cumulative Professional Development Allowance (CPDA), research grants under selected schemes, relocation assistance, medical facilities, Children’s Education Allowance, guest house accommodation during joining, campus housing subject to availability, library services, research laboratories, computing infrastructure, and sports facilities.
Application Process
Applications will be accepted only through the official IIT Indore recruitment portal. Offline applications and documents submitted through email will not be considered.
Applicants must upload the required educational certificates, including proof of the Ph.D. defence date where applicable. Experience certificates should specify the designation, duration of service, pay scale, and be supported by recent salary records. The notification also requires confidential reference letters to be submitted directly by referees.
Candidates employed in government departments, public sector undertakings, or autonomous institutions must produce the prescribed No Objection Certificate (NOC) and Vigilance Clearance Certificate during the selection process.
