New Security and Verification Measures
According to a Press Information Bureau (PIB) release, UPSC introduced real-time face authentication at examination centres for the first time. The system was developed with support from the National e-Governance Division (NeGD) and the National Informatics Centre (NIC).

Provisional Answer Key and Objection Process

UPSC has not yet announced the Preliminary Examination result. Based on historical trends, results have generally been declared within a few weeks of the examination date.
