The University of Delhi (DU), through its Campus of Open Learning (COL), School of Open Learning (SOL), Department of Distance and Continuing Education (DDCE), and Centre for Indian and Foreign Languages (CIFL), has opened admissions for a range of language, professional and vocational programmes for the 2026 academic session.

For certificate admissions, General and EWS candidates require at least 50% aggregate marks in Class 12, while reserved-category applicants require 45%. Additional fees include a registration charge of Rs. 200, examination fee of Rs. 510 and enrolment fee of Rs. 300 for eligible non-DU candidates.
Classes are generally conducted offline on weekends, with plans to expand online access for learners in different regions.

Skill and Vocational Courses
COL is also offering more than 36 short-term vocational and skill-development programmes through collaborations with industry partners. Available fields include Digital Marketing, Ethical Hacking, Data Science, Filmmaking, Fashion Design, Interior Design, Airport Management, Medical Transcription, Radio Jockeying and Drone Technology.
Most programmes are open to candidates who have completed Class 12. Course duration ranges from approximately 1.5 months to 10 months and may be offered in offline, online or hybrid formats.
